3. Malongosoledwe a Zomera ndi Zopangira:
- Mtundu / Cultivar: Mbewu yaikulu (pafupifupi 60%) — Fuyun 6 (福云6号, Fúyún 6 Hào), mtundu wothamanga kwambiri wa masamba ang’onoang’ono Camellia sinensis var. sinensis, wopangidwa mwapadera kuti azipanga tii wathyathyathya ngati “siliva fir”. 7. Zomwe Zili M’tii:
- Ma polyphenol (makatekini): ≥ 28.3% — kwambiri kuposa pafupifupi wa tii wobiriwira, zomwe zimachitika chifukwa cha dzuŵa la subtropiki ndi tsamba lalikulu la mbewu za m’deralo. Magulu akulu ndi EGCG, ECG ndi EGC, zomwe zimapereka mphamvu yaikulu ya antioxidant.

- Mafuta ofunika: Amayang’anira mitundu yosiyanasiyana ya fungo: mafungo a mtedza wam’mimba, maluwa ndi uchi amapangidwa m’magawo a “kupha zobiriŵira” ndi kuuma.
8. Ubwino wa Zaumoyo:
- Chitetezo cha antioxidant: Kuchuluka kwa makatekini (≥ 28.3%) ndi selenium kumapereka mphamvu yodziŵika ya antioxidant, yoyerekezedwa kuti ndi yayikulu 20% kuposa tii wobiriwira wa m’zigwa.

9. Kamwedwe:
- Kutentha kwa madzi: 80–85 °C kwa tii wa mtundu woyamba kapena wachiŵiri; 75 °C kwa mtundu wapamwamba (防烫伤嫩芽, kupewa “kuwotcha” kwa mphukira zosakhazikika).
- Kuchuluka kwa tii: 3 g pa 150 ml (njira ya ku Ulaya, chiyerekezo 1:50); 5–6 g pa 100–120 ml (njira ya gongfu).
- Zida: Kapu ya galasi kapena galasi lokulirapo — kuti muone “kuvina kwa tii” (茶舞, chá wǔ); gaiwan wofiira wa porcelain (盖碗, gàiwǎn) — kuti muyike fungo pamodzi.
- Njira:
- Tenthetsani zida ndi madzi otentha, tsani madzi.
- Ikani tii.
- Gwiritsani ntchito njira ya “kuthira pamwamba” (上投法, shàngtóufǎ) — choyamba madzi, kenako tii. Kusambitsa sikufunika.

10. Kusunga:

- Kutentha koyenera ndi 0–5 °C (firiji). Musanatsegule, lolani kuti phukusi lizolowere kutentha kwa chipinda.
- Pambuyo pa kutsegulidwa — amwalani mkati mwa miyezi 3, kuti mupewe kuipa kwa ma polyphenol ndi kutayika kwa fungo.
- Adani a tii: chinyezi, kuwala, kutentha kwakukulu, fungo lina.
11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:
- Mtengo wamagulu: Mtundu wapamwamba (特级, tèjí) — mphukira zathunthu kapena mphukira ndi tsamba limodzi, nkhope yathyathyathya yonyezimira, fungo la nsawawa zazing’ono — mtengo woposa 600 yuan pa jin (500 g). Mtundu woyamba (一级, yījí) — mphukira ndi tsamba limodzi kapena aŵiri, fungo la mtedza wa m’mimba, 200–400 yuan pa jin. Mtundu wachiŵiri (二级, èrjí) — tii wogulitsidwa kwambiri woti amwe tsiku ndi tsiku.
- Zomwe zimakhudza mtengo: Nthawi yokolola (koyambirira kwa masika — kumakhala kokwera mtengo), kutalika kwa malo, ntchito yamanja, kukhalapo kwa certification ya organic.
