  • Kusokoneza “watsopano vs wokalamba”: kuyembekezera kuchokera ku tiyi wokalamba “zobiriwira za masika” ndi zolakwika; kufunika kwake kuli mu uchi, zipatso zouma ndi kukhwimitsa kofewa.

Ngati kukoma kumaoneka kopanda kanthu — yesani:

  • kuonjezera mlingo ndi 1–2 g;

14. Kukanikizidwa ndi Kukalamba:

Tiyi woyera ndi umodzi mwa tiyi ochepa a ku China omwe amapezeka mochuluka mu mawonekedwe osakanizidwa ndi okanikizidwa (mapepala, njerwa).

Chifukwa chake tiyi woyera amakanikizidwa

  • Zosavuta kusunga ndi kunyamula: malo ochepa, zinyalala zochepa.
  • Kukalamba kofanana: mu kukanikizidwa, tiyi amakalamba pang’onopang’ono ndipo nthawi zambiri “okonzeka” bwino, chifukwa tsamba silikhudzana kwambiri ndi mpweya.

16. Momwe mungasankhire gulu labwino:

Posankha tiyi woyera, ndi kothandiza kudziwa kale mtundu womwe mukufuna: “kuonekera bwino kwa masika” (Xin Cha) kapena kuya kwa uchi-zipatso zouma (kukalamba). Kenako — fufuzani gulu ngati chinthu choyambira, osati ngati nthano yokongola.

Madzi

  • Ofewa kapena a mineralization yapakati nthawi zambiri amagwira ntchito bwino. Madzi okhwima kwambiri “amaphimba” kutsekemera ndikupangitsa chakumwa kukhala chokhwima, pamene madzi osauka kwambiri amatha kupereka “kupanda kanthu”.
  • Ngati mulibe mwayi woyesa mineralization, tsatirani mfundo yosavuta: madzi akumwa omwe amakoma okha, nthawi zambiri amagwiranso ntchito kwa tiyi.
  • Fungo la madzi (chlorine, “pulasitiki”, chitsulo) nthawi yomweyo limasamukira ku chakumwa. Fyuluta kapena kukhazikika nthawi zambiri kumathetsa vuto.

Zida

  • Diso + masamba (mtundu wa Bai Mu Dan): 80–90 °C.
  • Masamba ndi okanikizidwa (Gong Mei/Shou Mei, mapepala): 90–100 °C.

2) Mlingo
