Yuan'an Huang Cha

4. Malo ndi Makhalidwe a Kulima:

- Kuyala/Kutambasula / Tan Qing (摊青 — tān qīng): Maola 4–6. Wosanjidwa mopyapyala pa zotsekera za nsungwi. Kufota pang’ono, kuyamba kupanga fungo.

7. Kapangidwe ka Mankhwala:
- Amino acids: ≥6.77% mu tiyi wa masika — mmodzi mwa miyeso yokwera kwambiri m’matayi achikasu (30% kuposa matiyi wamba obiriwira). L-theanine imapereka kutsekemera kwenikweni ndi “umami.”

8. Ubwino Wathanzi:
