Xīshān chá · 西山茶

Njira (gaiwan): Kutsuka masekondi 5 → kutsanulira koyamba masekondi 20 → aliyense wotsatira +10 masekondi. 3–6 kuphika.
10. Kusunga:
- Kutentha: 0–5 °C (firiji).
- Chidebe: Chotsekedwa, chopanda fungo lachilendo.
- Kuwala: Kudzipatula kwathunthu.
- Nthawi: Zimalimbikitsidwa kumwa m’miyezi 6 yoyambirira kuti muwonetse kukoma kwakukulu kwa fungo la “nyengo zinayi”. Tiyi watsopano — usungidwe masiku 7 “醒茶” (kudzutsa tiyi) kuti athetse “moto”. Magulu a maliziro (fungo la lotasi) amasungidwa nthawi yayitali kuposa a masika chifukwa cha chinyezi chochepa.
11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:
Xīshān Chá ndi tiyi wa mtengo wapakati-pamwamba. Mtundu wapamwamba — kuchokera 500 yuan/jin; woyamba — 200–400 yuan/jin; wachiwiri — pansi pa 200 yuan/jin.
