Xīhú Lóngjǐng imadziwika ndi kuchuluka kwa zinthu zokhala ndi mphamvu za chilengedwe. Malingaliro a zinthu zomanga amadalira cultivar, nyengo ya kukolola ndi luso la kukonza, komabe tingapereke ziwerengero zomwe zikuwonekera:

  • Polyphenol (catechin): Kuchuluka kwa ma polyphenol a tiyi kumakhala pafupifupi 13–20% ya kulemera kouma.
