10. Kusunga:
- Kuyika mosindikizidwa, kutetezedwa ku fungo lachilendo ndi kuwala.
- Kutentha koyenera ndi 0–5 °C (mu furiji). Tiyi wobiriwira wa ku Zhèn’ān amakhudzidwa kwambiri ndi oxidation; mutatsegula phukusi, tikulimbikitsidwa kumwa tiyi mkati mwa mwezi umodzi.
- Musanatsegule phukusi lozizira, lisiye lifike kutentha kwa chipinda kuti mupewe madzi oundana pamwamba pa tsamba.

11. Mtengo ndi Zonamizira:
