Ulong Uyi (武夷烏龍)
- Tsamba louma: Timagulu tolimba ∅5–8 mm, mtundu wa olive wakuda ndi kuthwanima kwachitsulo.

- Kukoma: Wolimba, wokutira, wamafuta. Kuwawa kwa mchere → caramel wa shuga wotenthedwa → kumva kukoma kotalikilapo ndi kutsitsimula ngati menthol.
- Pansi pa tiyi: Masamba okhwima obiriwirakuda okhala ndi m’mphepete mofiira-bulauni.
Shuǐ Xiān Waku Taiwan (台湾水仙)
- Tsamba louma: Wokhotakhota monga mbali, bulauni wakuda ndi kunyezimira kwa olive ndi burgundy.
- Fungo: Kuwotcha, shuga wotenthedwa, zipatso zouma, kukoma kochepa kwa mchere → caramel, zipatso zotenthedwa, orchid/gardenia.
- Mthunzi: Amber, golide-chestnut.
- Kukoma: Wolimba, wamafuta, wolingana. Uchi, makeke, mtedza wotenthedwa, kukoma kwa mchere. Kumva kukoma kotalikilapo, kotsekemera, ndi kuwawa kochepa. Wofewa komanso wozungulira kuposa Ulong Uyi.
- Pansi pa tiyi: Masamba athunthu obiriwirakuda okhala ndi m’mphepete mofiira-bulauni.
7. Mankhwala M’kati:
- Mapolifenol: ~22–23% ya kulemera kouma. EGCG, theaflavins (opangidwa ndi okosijeni wa enzyme).
- Ma amino acid: L-theanine ~1,84% (Ulong Uyi); ~3% ya ma amino acid aulere (Shuǐ Xiān). Kumva kukoma, umami, kupumula.
- Caffeine: ~25 mg/g (Ulong Uyi); ~2% (Shuǐ Xiān). Kutonthoza mwadongosolo.
- Ma polysaccharide: ~12% (Shuǐ Xiān) — zotsatira zothandiza kwa matumbo.
- Mchere: Potaziyamu, manganese (ochuluka chifukwa cha nthaka zofiira — ~150 mg/100 g), magesiamu, chitsulo, fluoride.
- Mafuta ofunika: Linalool, nerol, geraniol, benzyl acetate, methyl salicylate. Chizindikiro chapadera cha cultivar ya Uyi — terpene lactone wuyenolide C. Pyrazines ndi furfural (opangidwa ndi Maillard powotcha).
8. Ubwino wa Umoyo:
- Chitetezo cha antioxidant: Ma catechin (EGCG) + ma theaflavin.
