10. Kusunga:

  • Chidebe: Chotseka bwino — thumba la aluminiyamu la foil lopanda mpweya, loyikidwa mu chidebe chachitsulo kapena cha dothi chokhala ndi chivundikiro cholimba.
  • Kutentha: Kwabwino — 0–5°C (mufiriji). Kwa nthawi yochepa (masabata 2–4) n’kotheka pa kutentha kwa chipinda pamalo amdima, ozizira.
  • Adani a tiyi: Chinyezi, kuwala, kutentha, kununkhira kwachilendo. Kununkhira kwa orchid wa Xiǎo Huā kumakhudzidwa kwambiri ndi kuwonongeka — kusunga kozizira ndikofunikira kwambiri kuti kusungidwe.
  • Nthawi: Kwabwino — miyezi 6–12 mutapangidwa. Ndi kusungidwa koyenera mufiriji — kufika miyezi 18. Sayenera kusungidwa kwa nthawi yayitali ngati wine.

11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:

  • Gulu la mtengo: Lapakati pa tiyi wobiriwira wa ku Anhui. Mtundu wapamwamba (特级) wochokera pakati pa kupanga (杨头, Longmianshan) — 600–1500+ yuan/kg. Magulu wamba a mitundu 1–2 — 200–500 yuan/kg. Mtengo umadalira kwambiri kutalika kwa malo okulira ndi nthawi yokolola (wa Qīngmíng ndi wokwera mtengo).
  • Zinthu za mtengo: Kutalika kwa munda (wamapiri > wachigwa); nthawi yokolola (míng qián > yǔ qián); cultivar (mbewu ya m’deralo > ma clones ochokera kunja); njira yokonza (pamanja > pamakina).

    • Yang’anani chizindikiro cha geographical indication chaulimi (农产品地理标志) ndi kutchula dera lopangira (桐城市).

12. Zochititsa Chidwi:
