6. Makhalidwe a Organoleptic:
- Maonekedwe a tsamba louma: Lathyathyathya (扁平), losalala (光滑), lofanana. Masamba a thumba amabisidwa mkati mwa kapangidwe ka tsamba (芽毫隐藏). Mtundu – wobiriŵira ngati emeraldi, wamafuta (翠绿油润), ndi kunyezimira kwabwino.
