  • Kuyanika (烘乾): M’magawo ambiri — choyamba pa kutentha kwakukulu (kuyimitsa kufufuwitsa), kenako chomaliza pa kutentha kochepa (kukhazikitsa fungo ndi chinyezi).
  • Kusanjira komaliza ndi kuyika m’mapaketi.

6. Maonekedwe a Kumverera:

  • Maonekedwe a masamba owuma: Masamba olimba, opindidwa mwamphamvu (條索緊結), akuda ndi kunyezimira kwamafuta (烏潤), okhala ndi nsonga zagolidi zowoneka bwino (顯金毫).
  • Fungo la masamba owuma: La uchi (蜜香), lokhala ndi kanunkhu ka chestnut yowotchedwa ndi maluwa pang’ono.

Umu ndi mmene amamwera pamisonkhano ya nyumba yamalamulo ya chigawo cha Hénán, pomwe “Tóngbǎi Hóng” yakhala “tiyi wa nyumba yamalamulo” wosavomerezeka. 10. Kusunga:

  • Chidebe: Chotsekedwa bwino, chosawonekera.
  • Mkhalidwe: 10–25°C, chinyezi chosapitirira 60%.
  • Nthawi: Miyezi 12–24.

11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:

Tóngbǎi Hóng wamba — 200–600 yuan/500 g; magulu apamwamba (masika, lopangidwa pamanja) — 800–2,000 yuan; tiyi wa kapu (杯茶) (makapu a chakumwa chimodzi) — 3–5 yuan/kapu (mtundu wambiri).
