4. Terroir ndi Makhalidwe a Kulima:

6. Makhalidwe a Organoleptiki:
- Maonekedwe a Tsamba Louma: Mizere yopyapyala, yophimbidwa molimba, yowongoka (条索紧细匀直, tiáosuǒ jǐnxì yún zhí); mtundu — wakuda kwambiri wonyezimira ngati mafuta (乌黑油润); pa magulu apamwamba — nsonga zagolide kapena zoyera zowonekera (金毫 / 白毫). 7. Kapangidwe ka Mankhwala:
- Ma Polyphenols: Pa nthawi ya okosijeni yathunthu, gawo lalikulu la ma catechins (makamaka EGCG ndi EC) limasanduka kukhala theaflavins (TF, 1–2% ya kulemera kwa chouma) ndi thearubigins (TR, 10–15%). 9. Kudzira:

- Kuchuluka kwa Tiyi: 4–6 g pa 100–120 ml (njira ya gongfu, 功夫泡法); 2–3 g pa 200–250 ml (kudzira mu kapu kapena mchombo waukulu).
- Ziwiya: Gaywan ya ceramic (盖碗, 100–120 ml) — ndiyo yabwino kwambiri, yomwe imaulula fungo popanda kulisokoneza. Chidebe cha ceramic ndi china chabwino. - Ndondomeko:

10. Kusunga:
- Chidebe chosatulutsa mpweya: chitini chachitsulo chokhala ndi chivundikiro cholimba, chidebe cha ceramic (chacang) kapena paketi ya vacuum ya zojambulazo.
- Kutetezedwa ku kuwala, chinyezi, fungo loipa ndi kusintha kwa kutentha.
- Kutentha kwabwino kosungira: 10–25 °C, malo owuma, amdima.
- Matiyi ofiira a mtundu wa gongfu hongcha amaululidwa bwino kwambiri mkati mwa miyezi 12–24 pambuyo popanga. Komabe, magulu olimba a Tanyang Gongfu angakhale “ozungulira” akasungidwa bwino kwa zaka 2–3, nakupeza mankhwala owonjezera a mtengo ndi zokometsera.

12. Zochititsa Chidwi:
