7. Kapangidwe ka Makemikolo:

Njira (gaiwan, gongfu):
- Tenthetsani gaiwan ndi madzi owira.
- Ikani 5–7 g ya tiyi, gwedezani pang’ono kuti fungo lituluke.
- Kuthira koyamba: 80–85°C, masekondi 20–30, tsani.
- Kuthira kwachiŵiri: masekondi 15–20.

10. Kusunga:
- Kutentha: Choyenera kwambiri — mufiriji pa 0–5°C, m’thumba losindikizidwa bwino. Iyi ndi malangizo a nthawi zonse a tiyi wonse wobiriwira — kutentha kochepa kumachedwetsa kuwera ndi kusunga kutsitsimula.

11. Mtengo ndi Zowononga:

12. Zochititsa Chidwi:
- Tiyi amene sanali tiyi.
