Qīngliángshān Chá
Qīngliángshān chá · 清凉山茶

4. Malo ndi Mkhalidwe wa Kulima:

5. Ukadaulo Wopanga:
Ukadaulo wopanga Qīngliángshān Chá umaphatikiza mfundo za kukazinga (炒青, chǎoqīng) ndi kuyanika ndi mpweya wotentha (烘青, hōngqīng), zomwe ndi zodziwika mu chikhalidwe cha ‘tiyi wobiriŵa wokazingidwa wa alendo’ cha dera la Méizhōu. 10. Kusunga:
- Paketi yotsekedwa bwino yotetezedwa kwathunthu ku fungo lina, kuŵala ndi chinyezi.
- Kutentha koyenera kosungira: 0–5 °C (mufiriji) kuti asungidwe kwa nthawi yayitali. Tisanatsegule paketi, tiyiyu ayenera kuloledwa kuti atentheke kufika pa kutentha kwa m’chipinda ali chotsekedwa — izi zimalepheretsa kuti chinyezi chisasanduke.
- Pambuyo potsegula, tiyiyu ayenera kumwetsedwa m’miyezi ya 3, popeza polifenoli amachita okosijeni pang’onopang’ono ndipo fungo limachepa.

11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:
- Gulu la mtengo:
