4. Malo Oliri ndi Makhalidwe a Kulima:
- Boma la Qímén: Lili kumapeto kwenikweni kwa chigawo cha Anhui, pansi pa phiri la Huangshan (黃山, “Mapiri Achikasu”). 5. Tekinoloje ya Kupanga:
Kupanga Qímén Hóngchá ndi chimodzi mwa zinthu zovuta kwambiri padziko lonse la tiyi wofiira. Dzina lachikale ndi “Qímén Gōngfu” (祁門工夫, “Ntchito yamawu yochokera ku Qímén”): “gōngfu” limatsindika kuchulukira ndi chisamaliro cha ndondomeko. - Fungo la masamba owuma: Yakutchuka ya “kununkhira kwa Qímén” (祁門香) — yofewa, yokongola, yosamveka mwamphamvu koma yokuta. Orchid, rozi, uchi, shuga ya ufa, apulo, zipatso zowuma. Kawonedwe kakang’ono ka nkhuni zokometsera. Fungo limakhala lolimba, ndipo “limakula” pamene likutenthedwa. Zipatso (apulo, zipatso zowuma), maluwa (rozi), ndi kuzama kwapang’ono kwa “koko”. Kununkhira kwa pambuyo pake ndi kwautali, koyera, kwa uchi ndi maluwa, ndi “kutsekemera kwa Qíhóng” (祁紅甜, Qíhóng tián). Thupi liri lapakati, koma “losalala”.

7. Zomwe Zili M’kati Mwake:

- Zina: Mashuga osungunuka — 2–4%, pectin — 1–2%.
8. Zopindulitsa:
