- Kuumitsa kwachiwiri / Èr hōng (二烘 — èr hōng): Kutentha kumakwezedwa kufika 90–100°C. Kusanjikiza — 3–4 cm, nthawi — mphindi 8–10. Kuumitsa mpaka pafupifupi 70% yowuma. Fungo la Huang Tang limamveka momveka.

6. Makhalidwe a Zimene Zimveka:
