Nthaka: Nthaka zofiira zokhala ndi asidi wambiri (red soils) zokhala ndi pH 4.5–5.5 – malo odziwika bwino a mitengo ya tiyi. Nthaka ndi yakuya, yofewa, yotulutsa madzi bwino, yolemera ndi organic matter. 6. Makhalidwe a Oganoleptic:

Maonekedwe a masamba owuma: Utoto wopota molimba, wolemera ndi waungwe wolimba (条索紧结重实, tiáosuǒ jǐnjié zhòngshí), wofanana kukula. Mtundu – wobiriwira-bulauni wakuda ndi kunyezimira kwamafuta (青褐油润), ndi ziwalo za chikasu cha uchi.
