Mtundu wa madzi a tiyi: Wooneka bwino, wowala (清澈明亮, qīngchè míngliàng). Wobiriwira bwino, nthawi zina ndi kachikasu kakang’ono (翠绿 / 浅绿带黄).

7. Zigawo za Makemikolo:

Polifenolo (茶多酚, chá duōfēn): Kuchuluka — pa mlingo wamba wa tiyi wa mtundu wa green wa m’dera la kumpoto kwa chimphepo (18–24%). Kafeini (咖啡碱, kāfēi jiǎn): Kuchuluka komwe kumakhala kwabwinobwino kwa tiyi wa mtundu wa green — 2.5–4.0%. Imapatsa mphamvu yopatsa nyonga, ndipo ikagwirizana ndi L-theanine imapanga mzimu wa “bata wamphamvu”.
