- Kuchuluka kwa tiyi: 5–7 g pa 150 ml.
- Chombo: Gàiwǎn ya porcelain — ndiyo yabwino kuwonera fungo lonunkhira ndi kuwonekera koyera. Mphika wa Yixing — ndi wololedwa, koma wangwiro pokha “wosadulidwa”, wosatengera fungo la tiyi wina.
- Ndondomeko:
- Tenthetsani chombo.
- Kuthira koyamba kochapa: kuthira ndikutsanulira nthawi yomweyo (akadaulo ena amasiya kuchapa kwa Li Shān kuti asataye madzi oyamba amtengo wapatali).
- Kuthira koyamba: masekondi 45–60.
- Kuthira kopitirira 5–7, ndikuwonjezera masekondi 15–20 pa kuthira kulikonse.
- Kuwira mozizira: 5 g pa 500 ml, maola 8–10 mufiriji. Zotsatira zake ndi zabwino kwambiri — zikuwonetsa “kusalala ngati silika” konse kwa Li Shān.
10. Kusunga:
- Chidebe chotsekedwa bwino, m’firiji (chipinda chapadera), kutali ndi fungo. Monga wulong wophikidwa pang’ono wopanda kuwotcha, Li Shān amakhudzidwa kwambiri ndi kutentha ndi kuwala.
- Nthawi yabwino ndi miyezi 6–12. Popita nthawi, kutsitsimuka kumachepa; sanapangidwe kuti azisungidwa nthawi yaitali.
- Osamutulutsa mufiriji “kwa mphindi” chabe — chinyezi chimawononga.
11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:
Li Shān ndi umodzi mwa ma wulong okwera mtengo kwambiri ku Taiwan. Mtengo umatsimikiziridwa makamaka ndi kutalika: Fúshòu Shān (2,600 m) >> Cuìfēng (2,000 m) >> Hépíng (1,600 m). Zimakhudzidwanso ndi nyengo (masika > yozizira), mtundu (Qing Xin Wulong > ena) ndi mbiri ya wopanga.
