4. Malo (Terroir) ndi Makhalidwe a Kulima:

6. Makhalidwe a Kumva (Organoleptic):
- Maonekedwe a masamba owuma: Mizere (条索, tiáosuǒ) yothinanana, yolimba, yopota ngati ozungulira (紧实卷曲, jǐnshí juǎnqū), yaikulu ndi yothuliwa. Mtundu – wobiriwira wakuda (墨绿, mòlǜ) wokhala ndi ubweya woyera wowoneka (显毫, xiǎn háo). Pamwamba pake panyezimira ngati mafuta, pakuwala kwina kumakhala ndi kachikasu kobiriwira pang’ono.

8. Ubwino wa Umoyo:

10. Kusunga:

- Nthawi yosunga: Miyezi 12 pa zikhalidwe zoyenera. Pambuyo pa kutsegula paketi – gwiritsani ntchito mkati mwa masabata 4–8.

11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:
Tiyi Wobiriwira wa Huílóng uli m’gulu la mtengo wapakati ndi wokwera pang’ono pakati pa tiyi wamba wobiriwira wa ku Yúnnán, zomwe ndi zotsika kwambiri kuposa tiyi wapamwamba wa Jiāngzhè ndi Ānhuī wobiriwira pomwe ali ndi zinthu zambiri zothandiza thupi. Mitengo yoyerekeza (mu yuan pa 500 g): tèjí – kuyambira 600 yuan, gulu loyamba – 200–300 yuan, gulu lachiŵiri – 80–150 yuan. Zinthu zomwe zimakhudza mtengo: gulu ndi muyeso wotuta, nyengo (m’maŵa kwambiri ndiokwera mtengo), ntchito ya manja kapena theka-makina, wopanga weniweni.
