7. Zomwe Zili M’masamba:

  • Polyphenols (茶多酚): Zomwe zili mu tiyi wobiriwira wa ku Huìdōng — pafupifupi 18–25% ya kulemera kowuma, zomwe ndizofala kwa tiyi wobiriwira waku South China wochokera ku mitundu ya masamba aakulu ndi apakatikati.   • Kuchuluka kwa tiyi: 3 g pa 150 ml (gaiwan, njira yothira); 2–3 g pa 200 ml (kapu, njira yolowerera).

  • Zida: Galasi (kuti muone bwino), gaiwan ya porcelain (盖碗) kapena kapu yopangira tiyi ya porcelain. Kwa Xiānrénchá, gaiwan ndi yabwino kwambiri: masamba aakulu amatseguka bwino muchidebe chachikulu.

  • Ndondomeko:

    1. Kutenthetsa zida. Tsuka galasi kapena gaiwan ndi madzi otentha.
    2. Kuika tiyi. Ikani 3 g ya masamba owuma muchidebe chotentha.
    3. Kuthira koyamba. Thirani madzi otentha 80–85 °C. Lolani kwa masekondi 40–60.
    4. Kuthira. Tsani madzi onse (mu gaiwan) kapena mweni mpaka 2/3 (mu galasi).

  • Nthawi yogwiritsira ntchito: kuti mukhale ndi ubwino wapamwamba — mkati mwa miyezi 6–12 mutangopanga.
