- Kulawa: Kofewa, kotsitsimula, ndi kuwawa kochepa ndi kutsekemera kwachilengedwe. Zonunkhira za maluwa ndi udzu zikulamulira; zipatso (apulo wobiriwira, payala wosapsa) ndi uchi zili patsogolo pang’ono. Thupi la madzi ndi lapakati, lopepuka kuposa Tiěguānyīn. 7. Mapangidwe a Mankhwala:
- Polyphenols (catechins): EGCG ndi ma catechins ena — ma antioxidants. Kuchuluka kwa polyphenols pafupifupi ~20–25% ya kulemera kwa tsamba louma, pafupi ndi Tiěguānyīn.

- Mavitamini: C, gulu B, E.
- Mchere: Potassium, fluoride, magnesium, manganese, chitsulo (kuchokera ku nthaka zofiira za Anxi).
8. Phindu la Zaumoyo:
- Chitetezo cha antioxidant: Ma catechins amachotsa ma free radicals.

9. Kuphika:
- Kutentha: 85–95°C. Kwa qingxiang ya m’masika — 85–90°C; kwa nongxiang — 90–95°C.

- Zida: Gaiwan (porcelain) — chabwino kwambiri poyesa kununkhira kochepa. Teapot ya Yixing (dongo) — yoyenera kalembedwe ka nongxiang.
- Ndondomeko:
- Tenthetsani zida.
- Kuthira koyamba kotsuka: thirani madzi ndipo tsitsani nthawi yomweyo.
- Kuthira koyamba: masekondi 30 – 1 miniti.
- Makatani 5–7, +15–20 masekondi pa aliyense.
- Malangizo: Běn Shān ndi tiyi wabwino kuyerekeza ndi Tiěguānyīn. Phikani onse nthawi imodzi mu magaiwan awiri — kusiyana kumawonekera bwino kuyambira kuthira koyamba.
10. Kusunga:
- Chidebe chotseka mpweya, mufiriji (chipinda chapadera), kutali ndi fungo — kwa kalembedwe ka qingxiang. Nthawi — miyezi 6–12.
- Kwa kalembedwe ka nongxiang — chidebe chotseka mpweya pamalo ozizira, amdima. Nthawi — miyezi 12–18.
- Adani: kuwala, chinyezi, kutentha, fungo lachilendo.
11. Mtengo ndi Zonyenga:
Běn Shān ndi mmodzi mwa maulong a mtengo wapatali koma wotsika mtengo ochokera ku Anxi. Amakhala wotsika mtengo kwambiri kuposa Tiěguānyīn ya giredi lofanana — nthawi zambiri ndi 2–3 kawiri. Izi sizikutanthauza kuti ndi wotsika mtengo, koma chifukwa chosadziwika komanso mtengo wotsatsa.
Kuyerekezera kwamitengo: Běn Shān wabwino wa m’masika amawononga pafupifupi ndalama zofanana ndi Tiěguānyīn wapakati; pomwe kukoma kwake sikungachepetse.
