8. Ubwino Wathanzi:

9. Kuwotcha:

Kutentha kwa madzi: 90–100 °C (tii yoyera yokalamba nthawi zambiri imatulutsa bwino ndi madzi otentha).

Mlingo: 5–7 g pa 150–200 ml pophikira mobwerezabwereza; pophika 2–3 g pa 500 ml.

Kuphikira mobwerezabwereza: masekondi 15–25 pakuphika koyamba, kenako n’kuwonjezera. Tii yoyera yokalamba yabwino imatha kuphikidwa ka 6–10.

Kuphika (ngati mungafune): kumakonda kwambiri Shòu Méi ndi Bái Mǔ Dān wokalamba. Thirani tii m’madzi ozizira, ika m’moto, ikafikira kuwira, chepetsani moto ndipo iphikireni kwa mphindi 3–8. Konzani malinga ndi momwe mungafunire.

- nthano zamalonda m’malo mwa zidziŵitso zomveka: chaka cha kukolola, dera, mtundu wa mbewu, tekinoloje.

- Ngati mukufuna kumvetsa kusunga tii yoyera, yambani kuyerekeza pa mzere umodzi: wopanga/zopangira zomwezo, koma zaka zosiyana. Kenako kusiyana kudzakhala koonekera.
13. Kufanizitsa: Yín Zhēn wokalamba vs Bái Mǔ Dān/Shòu Méi wokalamba:

- Kusatentha mokwanira kwa tii zokalamba ndi zosindikizidwa: m’malo mwake, tii yakale ndi yosindikizidwa yolimba nthawi zambiri imafuna 95–100 °C, apo ayi kukoma kumakhala kosalimba.
- Kusunga pafupi ndi fungo: tii yoyera imatenga msanga fungo la khitchini, zonunkhira ndi mankhwala apanyumba.
- Kusokoneza “yatsopano vs yokalamba”: kuyembekezera kuti tii yakale ikhale ndi “msipu wamaluwa” ndikulakwitsa; mtengo wake uli mu uchi, zipatso zowuma ndi kuchindikala kofewa.
Ngati kukoma kukuoneka kopanda kanthu — yesani:

15. Kusindikiza ndi Kusunga:
Tii yoyera ndi imodzi mwa tii zochepa za ku China zomwe zimapezeka mochuluka m’maonekedwe osindikizidwa komanso osasindikizidwa (ziwunda, njerwa).
Chifukwa chake amasindikiza tii yoyera
- Kuthekera kosunga ndi kutumiza: mphamvu yochepa, zonyenyeswa zochepa.
- Kusunga kofanana: mu tii yosindikizidwa, tii imakalamba pang’onopang’ono ndipo nthawi zambiri m’njira “yomangika,” chifukwa tsamba silikhudza mpweya wambiri.
- Kukoma: tii yosindikizidwa nthawi zambiri imakhala ndi “kompoti” yochindikala komanso mawu ochepa apamwamba.
Osindikizidwa vs osindikizidwa — chimene mungasankhe

Chikhalidwe chimodzi: kusunga kouma komanso kusalola fungo. Ngati tii yasungidwa m’malo anyowa, “ukalamba” umasanduka cholakwika (nkhungu/kuwawa).
17. Momwe mungasankhire tii yabwino:
Posankha tii yoyera ndi bwino kudziŵa kale, mtundu wanji umene mukufuna: “kuwala kwa masika” (Xīn Chá) kapena kuya kwa uchi ndi zipatso zowuma (wokalamba). Kenako — yang’anani tiiyo monga chinthu chochokera kudera, osati ngati nthano yokongola.

18. Madzi ndi Zida:

Madzi
