Tiyi Woyera

6. Makhalidwe a Kununkhira ndi Kulawa:
- Maonekedwe a tsamba lowuma: Zimadalira mtundu wa tiyi woyera.
- Bai Hao Yin Zhen: Masamba okhaokha oongoka, osawonongeka, okutidwa ndi timiyala toyera ta siliva.

- Fungo la tsamba lowuma: Lofewa kwambiri, losalala, latsopano, lotsekemera, ndi nkhumbi zamaluwa (maluwa oyera, konvaliya), uchi, zipatso (pichesi yoyera, vwende), ndi zitsamba. Mungamve kanunkhira kofewa ka mkaka ndi mtedza.
- Fungo la madzi: Lofewa, losalala, lolamulidwa ndi fungo la maluwa ndi uchi, ndi kamvekedwe ka zipatso ndi masamba atsopano.
- Kukoma: Kofewa kwambiri, kofewa, koyera, kotsekemera, kotsitsimula, ndi kukomako pang’ono komanso kumva kukoma kwa nthawi yayitali, kotereka. - Mtundu wa madzi: Wowala kwambiri, wachikasu chotumbululuka, pafupifupi wosaonekera, ndi kamtundu ka siliva kapena golide. Madzi ayenera kukhala oyera ndi osaonekera bwino, opanda matope.
- Malo a tiyi (tsamba lophatikizidwa): Zimadalira mtundu wa tiyi woyera. Kwa Bai Hao Yin Zhen – masamba athunthu, osawonongeka, osunga maonekedwe awo ndi okutidwa ndi timiyala ta siliva. Kwa Bai Mu Dan – kuphatikiza kwa masamba ndi masamba otseguka. Kwa Gong Mei ndi Shou Mei – masamba akuluakulu. Mtundu kuchokera ku chikasu chowala mpaka ku chobiriwira chotumbululuka.
7. Zomwe Zili mu Mankhwala:
Tiyi woyera uli ndi zinthu zambiri:
- Polyphenols (catechins): Antioxidants amphamvu. Tiyi woyera uli ndi catechins zambiri, koma zochepa poyerekeza ndi tiyi wobiriwira, chifukwa cha oxidation pang’ono panthawi ya kufowoketsa.
- Amino acids: Makamaka l-theanine, yomwe imapangitsa kukoma kokoma kwa tiyi, imakhala ndi mphamvu yoziziritsa ndi kulimbikitsa kukhazikika kwa maganizo.

10. Kusunga:
Tiyi woyera, makamaka Bai Hao Yin Zhen, ndi wokhudzidwa kwambiri ndi malo osungidwa ndipo amafunika chisamaliro chapadera.
- Malo: Tiyi woyera uyenera kusungidwa pa malo owuma, ozizira, opanda kuwala, makamaka mufiriji (m’chipinda chake) pa kutentha kwa 0 mpaka +5°C. Firiji imateteza tiyi ku kusinthasintha kwa kutentha, chinyontho, ndi fungo la zinthu zina.

- Kusowa kwake: Amapangidwa mochepa.
- Kugwiritsa ntchito masamba okhaokha kapena masamba ndi 1-2 timasamba: Popanga kilogalamu imodzi ya tiyi pamafunika zipangizo zambiri kwambiri.
- Kuvuta kwa kututa: Kututa masamba ndi ntchito yolemetsa kwambiri komanso yosamalitsa, yofunika chisamaliro ndi chidziŵitso.
- Kufunikira kwakukulu: Tiyi woyera amalemekezedwa kwambiri padziko lonse lapansi.

- Yang’anani mosamala maonekedwe: Masamba ndi timasamba ziyenera kukhala zathunthu, zosawonongeka, zokutidwa ndi timiyala ta siliva (makamaka kwa Bai Hao Yin Zhen). Pewani tiyi yemwe ali ndi masamba osweka ambiri, fumbi, kapena mtundu wosawala, wosiyanasiyana.
- Yesani fungo: Tiyi wouma ayenera kukhala ndi fungo lofewa kwambiri, losalala, latsopano, lotsekemera la maluwa, la uchi. Fungo lankhanza, “lokulira,” kapena lopangidwa ndi chizindikiro cha chinyenga.
- Yang’anani madzi ndi tsamba la pansi: Mtundu wa madzi uyenera kukhala wowala kwambiri, wachikasu chotumbululuka, pafupifupi wosaonekera. Tsamba la pansi liyenera kukhala ndi masamba ndi timasamba tathunthu, tofewa.
- Gulani pang’ono kuti muyese: Musanagule ndalama zambiri tiyi wokwera mtengo, tengani pang’ono kuti muyese ubwino wake.
12. Zochititsa Chidwi:
- Tiyi “wamng’ono” kwambiri: Tiyi woyera amakonzedwa mochepa, choncho amakhulupirira kuti amasunga zambiri zothandiza ndipo ali pafupi kwambiri ndi tsamba la tiyi watsopano.
