Ānshùn pù bù lǜchá · 安顺瀑布绿茶

- Ikani tiyi.
- Kudontha koyamba: kutsuka — thirani madzi ochepa (~85°C), muloleni kwa masekondi 15, tsanulani. Sitepe iyi “imadzutsa” tsamba ndikuchotsa fumbi laling’ono.
- Kudontha kwachiwiri: thirani madzi (85–90°C) kumbali ya galasi kapena gaiwan — musathire pa masamba enieniwo. Muzilowetsa kwa masekondi 10–15. Kudontha uku ndi kwachitatu ndiko abwino kwambiri kumvetsera kanunkhira koyera (清香).
- Kutsatira: wonjezani nthawi ndi masekondi 10 kudontha kulikonse. Tiyiyu amatha kudontha 4–6 mochuluka.
- Kutentha kwabwino kolawira ndi pafupifupi 60°C: pa kutentha kumeneku ndi pamene kutsopana (鲜爽) kumamveka bwino kwambiri.
10. Kusunga:
- Phukusi losindikizidwa bwino (lazitsulo kapena vacuum), lotetezedwa ku kuwala, chinyezi, ndi fungo lina — ndi zofunikira.
